The primary function of the Clarence Mitchell Library is to support the education of the students at Highland Community College. We want you to be aware that our staff is available to help you with any of your research needs.
Never hesitate to contact the library for assistance finding resources.
The library provides access to our online and physical collections through our
Discovery @ Clarence Mitchell Library search tool. Search for books, ebooks, and articles from a variety of sources. You will find material available for checkout from the HCC Library, items which can be requested from other libraries in our PrairieCat consortium, and many other resources.
Check the style guide created by Highland's own Success Center staff. This guide is preferred by many Highland instructors for citations and references in term papers. It includes information on formatting in both MLA and APA Styles. With more detailed questions, you may need to consult the MLA or APA style guides themselves, both of which are available in the library. This item is in PDF format and requires the Adobe Acrobat Reader.
EasyBib Easy to use citation, note taking, and research tools are available from EasyBib. Register yourself to use the academic version of Easybib from home. There is no cost for an EasyBib account if you register using Highland's EasyBib code
