FOR LOGIN HELP.
STEP 1: NEVER LOGGED IN BEFORE?
Your Highland network username and password will be created and e-mailed to you once you have registered for classes. Your network account gives you access to online resources (Moodle, GroupWise Email, WebPrint, Filr, Your H: Drive for file storage, etc) and on-campus computers.
Your network user name format is: first initial, middle initial, full last name. John A Smith would login with: jasmith
Your initial temporary network password format is your six-digit birthdate: A birthdate of May 5, 1997 would use 050597 as an initial password. The system will prompt you to change it on first login.
Your ROAR ID and PIN are used for access to registration, grades, and Online Bill Pay.
