Mentorship Program

Community Mentor Program

Career Services is partnering with alumni, community members, and Highland staff to mentor Highland students.

As part of the First-Year Experience Seminar, students will be paired with a mentor. The First-Year Experience Seminar is a required course for incoming students designed to ensure a smooth transition into college.

Mentorship Program Basics

  • Students will ask mentors 10 questions virtually or in-person.
  • Highland Career Services will try to match mentors with students who have similar career interests.
  • Highland staff, alumni and community members are welcome to become mentors.

To become a mentor, fill out the application found here. A Career Services team member will reach out with any questions and schedule an informational session this summer.
