Join us for the 22nd Annual Leadership Golf Outing! Proceeds from the Highland Community College Foundation Golf Outing support the Leadership Institute and Leadership Forum in Stephenson and Jo Daviess counties. These programs were designed to gain new leadership insights as well as expand understanding of local issues, values, and history.
