She speaks from her own experience and her work as an advocate for those leaving the prison system. The discussion is limited to 50 in-person guests.

Tretara Flowers is a Rockford native who holds a Master of Business Administration concentrating in Human Resources from American InterContinental University. Tretara has an extensive background in Re-entry Case Management, and she is the Executive Director of Get Connected, a Non-Profit she founded in Nov 2019 to help fight the loneliness of the reentry experience. Her presentation will highlight the challenges of re-entry after incarceration.
