Online Registration Instructions

Accessing ROAR

Click on the login tab.  Click on the R.O.A.R. button.  Use your student I.D. number (9000xxxxx). If you don’t know your student I.D. and PIN number, tou can look them up. Your initial pin is your birth date in MMDDYY format. If you are a returning student, or have logged in before, and forgot your PIN, enter your student I.D. number in the User ID box and click Forgot Pin.

Once you’ve logged in you can register for classes, see your unofficial transcript, run a degree audit, check your account balance, and much more.

Registering for classes in ROAR

After logging into ROAR, select Student Services, then Registration, then Select term and then select Add or Drop Classes.  If you have a hold on your student account, a message will appear with more information about the hold.

Using Look for Classes to Add from the Registration menu or the Class Search button on the Add/Drop Classes page, you will be able to look up classes and see real-time enrollment for each class.  To register, check the box and add the class to your worksheet.

You must click on the Submit Changes button to process all Web registration requests.

When you are finished registering, print your student schedule by clicking on the student services tab, then click on the registration link, and select the class schedule link. You will then be able to view your class schedule and print it.  There are three ways to view your schedule:  Student Schedule by day and time, Class Schedule, and Class Schedule with detail

Secure your classes

Students must enter into a payment plan, pay in full, or have authorized financial aid covering your charges by the HCC scheduled deadline date. To pay your tuition and fees, visit Online Bill Pay.
