| Highland employees have shown their ability to Rise Up, Open Up, Own It, Be Bold, and be part of One HCC as we continue to face challenges and changes. Thank you for all of your efforts to make Highland an exceptional college for our students. We appreciate the commitment and perseverance that you exhibit even when faced with ongoing obstacles. Focused Recognition cards will be handed out at the grab and go lunch on March 4. If you have attended one of the One Highland Culture Workshops, these will be familiar to you. They are intended to provide recognition to other Highland employees who are demonstrating one of the five cultural beliefs. Employee Appreciation Day is March 5. Consider showing your appreciation for another employee by completing one of the cards and sending it to them. Not on campus? Take a picture of the completed card and email to the employee. Focused Recognition cards can also be requested by contacting HR. |
