| Open enrollment for medical, dental, vision, flexible spending plans/HSA, critical illness/accident, life insurance, and long-term disability (LTD) will occur from May 20 – June 6, 2022 for our benefit-eligible employees. Virtual meetings to discuss the plans and answer questions will be held on May 20. A recording will be available for those unable to attend that day. An announcement will be sent from HR with specifics on meeting times. Enrollment will be conducted online through ADP. For the upcoming plan year beginning on July 1, 2022, Highland is offering a new benefit called the Family Advantage Health Plan (FAHP) which is an attractive opt-out option that has the potential to create significant health care savings for you and your family if you have access to other health coverage through a spouse.
