This spring, an online based performance review process was implemented in ADP for regular part-time and full-time classified, professional, and administrative employees. We are about halfway through the performance review year. To update the progress of goals set, please login to ADP and go to Myself > Talent > Performance Goals.
You will be able to update the progress of your goals by clicking on the Update Progress link at the bottom of the tile. You can also edit goals and update progress by clicking on the three dot menu next to its title.
Adjust the percentage of completion based on your progress. Once the goal is complete, you will set that at 100%, click on the drop down menu under Status and select Completed, and enter the Actual Start Date and Actual Completion Date. Once the information has been updated, click on Submit.
