The Highland Cougar Men’s Basketball team has earned a berth to the NJCAA Division I National Tournament in Hutchinson, Kansas for the first time since 2014. Let’s send the Cougars off with some fanfare!
A send-off celebration will be held for the Cougars on Saturday, March 18, in front of the YMCA/Sports Complex on the Highland Campus. The bus will leave at 9 a.m. so be sure to be there prior to their departure.
Students, staff, Cougar Nation, and the general public are invited to attend.
The Cougars (27-6) defeated Three Rivers Community College 79-75 on Saturday, March 11, to qualify for first-round play on Monday, March 20, at 6:30 p.m. against Region 8 Champions St. Petersburg College of Florida.
