ed2go – Online Career & Personal Development Training Courses
Highland Community College, in partnership with ed2go, offers flexible, self-paced non-credit certificate programs designed for career preparation and advancement. Developed by industry experts and supported by dedicated student advisors, these programs prepare learners for nationally recognized certifications in high-demand fields such as IT, business, and healthcare. Upon successful completion, students earn a certificate of completion from Highland Community College and, when applicable, receive a voucher to sit for the certification exam.

Conference Center
The Conference Center at Highland Community College specializes in providing a professional environment with technological amenities to meet all of your professional and educational conferencing needs. The center is distinctive in its ability to provide a productive, creative environment for off-site meetings and events.

Our meeting rooms can accommodate a wide range of needs, from a modest group of 10 to an assembly of 350 persons. Whether your agenda includes a small group discussion or a large banquet, our staff will tailor the room arrangements to meet your needs.
On-site catering service provides a variety of light meals and hearty cuisine that can be served directly in your meeting area of in one of our other spaces, including the dramatic Kortemeier Lounge.
Ample parking is provided with nearly 300 spaces just outside the Conference Center’s north entrance, as well as other adjacent lots. Fax and copy machines are available for guest use. In addition, the Center is completely ADA accessible featuring wide, automated doorways and an elevator.
Upon request, all rooms can be equipped with the following:
- Acoustic equipment
- LCD and computer projection systems
- Overhead projectors
- Flip charts
- VCR and video projectors
- Marker boards
- Teleconferencing equipment
- Access to the internet
Special Accommodations
Special accommodations are available for your unique gathering, including:
- Video conferencing capabilities
- Outdoor patio overlooking the pond and Highland arboretum
- Kortemeier Lounge appropriate for breaks and receptions
- Classrooms or various sizes all equipped with media
