Communication Highlight: Board Meetings

As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen organizational communication, we would like to highlight the channels available for employees to stay informed about campus updates and activities. This month we will focus on Board communications. Executive Assistant to the President/Board Secretary, Terri Grimes, sends out an email when the Board agenda and supporting documents are available for the upcoming monthly meeting. Board documents can be found at G:\General\Board Meetings\FY’26 and also on the Highland web site. Board packets for prior months and years are also available. In addition to the Board documents, you can also review administrative reports from the President and VPs on the G drive. Immediately following each Board meeting, President Kuberski emails Board meeting highlights to all employees. We encourage employees to review this information to stay informed about relevant campus updates and developments.
