Compensation Statements

Full-time employees received compensation statements last year to demonstrate the total value of pay and benefits received from Highland. These were produced manually and based on the fiscal year. Per the Union’s request, the statements were only provided to non-union employees.  This year the statements will be transitioned to a format already provided in ADP.  It aligns with information that is already available to employees based on the current benefit enrollment and is based on calendar year. It should be noted that SURS contribution is not included in the ADP statement.
