COVID to Calm

Elizabeth Priller, RN, BSN, will be conducting a live virtual seminar on Friday, October 2 at 11:30 a.m. (approximately 40-45 minutes in length) for HCC employees titled From COVID to Calm: How to Cultivate Resilience in the Face of Uncertainty. In order to participate, you will need to register (link is located below).

Description of seminar:
The global pandemic has without a doubt impacted every one of our lives, and the roller coaster of emotional adjustments can be overwhelming. Do you find yourself unsure of how to stay grounded and empowered while facing the ever-changing landscape of emotional, mental, physical, social, financial, and occupational changes of the COVID-19 pandemic? This seminar is an interactive workshop where Elizabeth helps you identify what stage of resiliency you are in, and how to move towards a more robust state of equanimity in four practical ways.

How to Register:

1. Register for the seminar before September 30th by clicking on the link below. 

2. You will receive a link closer to the seminar date. The live virtual seminar that will take place via Zoom on Friday, October 2nd at 11:30 a.m. promptly.

3. Complete the required post-training assessment, which will be sent to you after the seminar.
