Last year, we began our ONE Highland journey to improve trust and accountability. A Culture Advantage Index (CAI) was sent to assess the culture at that time. To continue to measure our progress, another culture assessment was conducted this August. We are happy to report that our scores improved in all categories. While we acknowledge that there are still improvements to be made, it is also evident that our culture shift efforts are paying off.
