Paperwork and time entered into ADP for the pay period December 23 (Dec. 10-Dec. 23) need to be submitted by December 18 at 12:00 p.m. Any hours after this deadline will be held for the following pay period. When entering hours for pay period ending December 23 make sure the hours are entered in the correct pay period.
It is critical that these deadlines are met to ensure payroll and deposits are made on time.
Please make sure student employees in your area are aware of these deadlines too.
It’s that time of year to review your W-4 status. If your filing status or number of withholding allowances have changed, you will need to update your federal and/or state W-4 forms. Also, please make sure that your address is correct in ADP.
