This is what One HCC looks like at Highland. Several individuals came up with the idea and collaborated to bring about Cougar Week the first week in March 2021. The week was packed with things like training on personal safety, well-being, and a Highland history quiz. Thanks to Vicki Schultz and Paige Klever for planning the activities of the week. Special thanks to the Foundation for providing the Grab and Go Lunch! Additional thanks goes to Bob Apolloni, Bob Sutter, Susie Dvorak, Shelly Perkins and staff, Phi Theta Kappa for sending cards, and the Grab and Go Lunch Gang of Jim Phillips, Brendan Dutmer, Stephanie Eymann, Misty Thruman, Liz Gerber, Jill Janssen, Karen Brown, Christie Lewis, Terri Grimes, Dan Dick, and Jeff Reinke. Their efforts demonstrated we are better together! Cougar Week definitely supported the Key Result of culture and engagement.
