We are excited to announce that as part of Highland’s Leadership Development Program, ONE Highland LEADS, we will be offering the course, One HCC: History, Mission, Vision, Values and Cultural Beliefs, for a second time.

As a participant in this course, you will increase your overall knowledge of Highland’s history, be able to state the cultural beliefs and share why they and our culture work are important, and explain how your position relates to our mission and contributes to Highland’s strategic plan.
