As you have been hearing, we are using Partners in Leadership to guide us through our culture shift journey. To further give significance that we own the culture transition, a new name has been given to the initiative. To represent our alignment with our culture of trust, accountability, and collaboration, it will be called One Highland. The logo for One Highland was carefully chosen to represent our connection with each other, the mission and the key results, because together we are truly better.
Over the next few weeks, you will begin to see the One Highland logo popping up. Please see it as a reminder to use the tools of Focused Feedback, Focused Storytelling, and Focused Recognition. Each of us using the tools daily will create the experiences we need to shape our culture.
