The Board approved a 2% increase for FY22 at their June 22 meeting for all eligible regular full-time and part-time administrative, professional and non-union Classified staff. This salary increase reflects the conservative budget guidelines projected for the fiscal year and adheres to the Board of Trustees’ compensation philosophy. The increase will go into effect on the first pay check in FY22, July 1. The increase for grant-funded positions not following Highland’s fiscal year are effective at the beginning of the appropriate grant year (April 1 or September 1). Letters of employment reflecting the changes to salary will be sent out soon. |
