The YMCA offers discounted memberships and upgrades to full-time Highland employees at 50% of the cost of a basic membership and continue to provide our employees an additional 10% discount based on their regular membership rates to the community. As a Highland employee you are receiving a substantial savings and benefit.
The YMCA membership year is January 1 – December 31. The Y will not be raising their membership fees for 2026. If you are a current member, you will not see a change in your biweekly deduction through 2026. Our agreement with the Y allows for year round enrollment/changes. If you want to change, cancel, or add a Y membership, you can do so in ADP. More information about the Y’s programs, fitness classes and services can be found by visiting their web site below.
