The Agriculture Department at Highland Community College invites the agriculture students, parents, and supporters to a banquet called “Growing Momentum” at 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 6, in the Student/Conference Center, room H-201.
The evening will include dinner, with highlights about the Post-Secondary Ag Student (PAS) Organization, Collegiate Farm Bureau, and Dairy Judging Team. Sponsors who have supported the Agriculture Department throughout the year will be recognized.
Over the past few years, the Agriculture Department has made some changes to the agriculture curriculum, as well as providing some extracurricular opportunities for students. With the continued growth of the agriculture program, it is important to reflect on the past, thank those who have helped along the way, and discuss the vision as we move forward.
