UPDATE: ROAR and Online Bill Pay services are now available.
We have noticed an issue logging in to Online Bill Pay when using the direct link on the login.highland.edu page, and are working with the company to resolve that as soon as possible.
On December 19th, our ROAR and Online Bill Pay services are expected to be unavailable.
The ITS staff discovered a website certificate on the ROAR server is set to expire December 19, and we have been working for the last several days to repair the issue. Despite our efforts it is now likely like it will not be repaired in time, which means access to ROAR and Online Bill pay will be interrupted. We will continue to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and will communicate updates as necessary.
