  • Students receiving financial aid:
Withdrawing from a course, or courses, can have a significant impact on your financial aid. Withdrawing from all classes will place you on financial aid termination for any future aid, and withdrawing from one or two classes will negatively impact your overall completion rate which may affect your Standards of Academic Progress standing. It is recommended that you contact the Financial Aid Office before withdrawing to determine how it will affect your financial aid package.

Students wishing to submit a withdraw (final grade of W for the course, no money back for the course) for an online course (only good for sections Y1 or Y2) must complete this form.   This form is only open between the day after 100% refund date and published withdraw final due date.
