Follow the steps below to forward your office phone to an off-campus number.
- On your Yealink IP phone, click Menu -> Features -> Call Control -> Call Forward
- Select forwarding type (Always, Busy, No Answer). If No Answer is selected, enter the number of rings or ring time before the call is forwarded.
- Enter the number you wish to forward to and click Save.
- format: 3-digit area code + <personal number>
- ex: 8152356121
- format: 3-digit area code + <personal number>
To deactivate forwarding
- Select Menu -> Features -> Call Control -> Call Forward and a Line.
- Select Forwarding Type -> Enter -> Disable -> Save.
