Follow the steps below to forward your office phone to an off-campus number.

    Follow the steps below to forward your office phone to an off-campus number.

    1. On your Yealink IP phone, click Menu -> Features -> Call Control -> Call Forward
    2. Select forwarding type (Always, Busy, No Answer).  If No Answer is selected, enter the number of rings or ring time before the call is forwarded.
    3. Enter the number you wish to forward to and click Save.
      1. format: 3-digit area code + <personal number>
        1. ex: 8152356121

    To deactivate forwarding

    1. Select Menu -> Features -> Call Control -> Call Forward and a Line.
    2. Select Forwarding Type -> Enter -> Disable -> Save.
