On Friday, Dec. 8, Highland Community College along with Big Radio hosted our 5th Annual Festival of Giving Toy Drive and live auction. As a community, we raised $9,430 and collected just under 1,200 toys this year for kids in need through the Salvation Army. We would like to send a huge thank you to Big Radio for their support. We also want to thank every business and individual who participated in this event by either donating to our live auction, sending out food, hosting an internal toy drive, or those who came out to bring a toy or make a donation. We also need to thank the volunteers who helped make this day possible.
