Due to the extreme cold and a wind-chill advisory, the Highland Community College campus will delay opening for the day until 1 p.m. on Tuesday, January 16, 2024. Classes scheduled for 1 p.m. or after will proceed as planned, while classes with an earlier start time are canceled. Campus services will open at 1 p.m. Offices will be closed before then.
