At the November 28 Board meeting an MOU was approved between the Board of Trustees and the Faculty Senate which included provisions permitting faculty to take sick leave and personal time in two-hour increments. The current collective bargaining agreement between the parties did not include this provision. The College previously revised the policies for non-faculty full-time and part-time benefit eligible employees allowing leave to be taken in two-hour increments as part of the Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act.
