I hope that you are all enjoying your summer and the beautiful weather we are experiencing!
Your team at Highland would like to provide you with an update on Governor Pritzker’s Executive Order for community colleges requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination or weekly testing of employees and students. The Executive Order has been extended through July 24, 2022.
This means you still must either be vaccinated or test weekly for COVID-19. Until we receive more information, below is the schedule for testing during July.
Next week, SHIELD offices are closed for the holiday. There will be no testing requirement for the week of July 4. Highland’s Testing Center will be closed July 5.
Regular summer testing will resume on Tuesday, July 12 from 7-10 a.m. and 3-5:30 p.m. in the Community Services Center (R) lobby.
