As communicated previously, the performance feedback process for FY22 has started. Feedback sessions give supervisors and employees a valuable opportunity to focus on work activities and goals, so please make the most out of these one-on-one discussions.
As you may recall, a couple of years ago a small work group was convened to review our current feedback process and recommend changes. As part of that review, this year we are changing to an online format using ADP Performance Management. HR will be holding a few brief training sessions for employees to go over the new online process. Below are the dates of the sessions. Non-supervisory employees should plan to attend one of these sessions.
Wednesday, February 23 at 6:00 a.m. (third shift) or 3:00 p.m.
Thursday, February 24 at 10:00 a.m. or 1:30 p.m.
Friday, February 25 at 11:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m.
