| Last year, we began our ONE Highland journey to improve trust and accountability. A Culture Advantage Index (CAI) was sent to assess the culture at that time. To continue to measure our progress, another culture assessment will be conducted this year. The Culture Advantage Index (CAI) is a statistically reliable and valid tool designed to measure the current culture of our organization. The assessment will evaluate how entrenched accountability is in our culture and will help us identify where we need to change to ensure our culture supports achievement of our key results. Each of your responses is important, so we encourage you to take a few minutes to complete this assessment openly and honestly. Your responses will be anonymous and will be combined with all other responses to form the final reports. The assessment will take about 15 minutes to complete. You will receive an email from Partners In Leadership (assessments@partnersinleadership.com) on Monday, August 23, 2021 with a direct link to the assessment.
