ONE Highland LEADS

We are excited to announce two upcoming courses that will be offered as part of Highland’s Leadership Development Program, ONE Highland LEADS. Below is the course information, links to register and deadline information.

Course: Open Up: Communication Basics/Customer Service
Overview: As a participant in this course, you will learn about interpersonal/organizational communication, Highland’s brand history through today and the application of brand and department standards, internal and external customer expectations, and service standards in general and their application to students and academics.

Course: Be Bold/Open Up: Continuous Learning*
Overview: As a participant in this course, you will learn about your DiSC style and communication/behavior patterns, developing an individual career plan/map, building a network and brand, opportunities to build competencies, careers in higher education and self-care tools.
Facilitators: Karen Brown, Director of Human Resources; Christie Lewis, HRIS Administrator/HR Generalist; and Anthony Musso, Coordinator, Career Services
Dates/Times: Thursday , December 7, 2023 from 8:30 – 11:30 am or Tuesday, December 12, 2023 from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
