| Every other year we request that employees campus wide complete online training regarding sexual harassment, discrimination, identity theft and student records. This was last requested in 2018. In the next few days, staff and faculty will receive an automated email regarding compliance training. In the email from SafeColleges, you will receive instructions on how to access the training along with user ID information. We are aware that with restricted campus access, the time that employees have available to them to complete the training varies. While some employees may find they have more time to complete this requirement during the shelter-in-place and/or during the summer months, others may not. To account for differing schedules, we are setting the deadline to complete the training as October 30. The system is set up to send monthly reminders if you do not complete the training within the first month.
