Fall 2026 Intent to Graduate forms due

For those HCC students graduating with their AA, AS, AGS, AES, AAS Degree, or certificate(s), students MUST fill out their Intent to Graduate form. Students who are graduating with an AAS Degree typically also are receiving at least one certificate. It is attached in this e-mail and also found in the Admissions and Records office in Building H (2nd floor)

Students graduating this Fall 2026 semester have until Wednesday, October 14th to turn this in.

There is a $30 non-refundable fee (good for one year from applying) that must be paid when turning in the form (regardless of whether you participate in the ceremony but we hope and desire that you would go through the recognition ceremony for the hard work you have worked so hard for). If you have authorized financial aid covering all tuition charges and have aid left, you may charge your $30 graduation fee to your account with financial aid’s signature. Whether you are participating in the May 15, 2027 ceremony, you must apply for graduation. Please turn this form into the Admissions/Records area in Building H (same area as Cashier’s and Financial Aid).
