Important Dates

Spring 2021 SEMESTER

January 4, 2021 – Book vouchers available at the bookstore for financial aid recipients for the spring session. Eligible students may charge books and supplies against their Pell grant, BEST & Workforce Connection grants, Stafford loan and/or scholarships.

January 19, 2021 – Spring session begins.

February 1, 2021 – Last day to drop, no record/refund for the spring session.

February 5, 2021 – Enrollment hours for Pell awards are frozen. Enrollment in subsequent credit hours after this date will not increase Pell award for the spring session.

February 8, 2021 – Scholarship/state aid applied to student accounts.

March 12, 2021 – Mid-term.

March 19, 2021 – Last day for eligible financial aid recipients to charge at the bookstore for the spring session.

March 24, 2021 – Federal aid and state MAP grant aid applied to student accounts.

April 2, 2021 – 60 percent point of the spring semester – Federal financial aid refund checks mailed to students and eRefunds are released.

May 19, 2021 – Spring session ends.

Summer 2021 SEMESTER

May 10, 2021 – Book vouchers available at the bookstore for financial aid recipients for the pre-summer session. Eligible students may charge books and supplies against their Pell grant, BEST & Workforce Connection grants, Stafford loan and/or scholarships.

May 24, 2021 – Pre-summer session begins.

May 25, 2021 – Last day to drop, no record/refund for the pre-summer session.

June 10, 2021 – Pre-summer session ends.
