Fall 2025 SEMESTER
August 4, 2025 – Book vouchers available at the bookstore for financial aid recipients for the fall session. Eligible students may charge books and supplies against their Pell grant, BEST & Workforce Connection grants, Stafford loan and/or scholarships.
August 18, 2025 – Fall session begins.
August 29, 2025 – Last day to drop, no record/refund for the fall session.
September 5, 2025 – Enrollment hours for Pell awards are frozen. Enrollment in subsequent credit hours after this date will not increase Pell award for the fall session.
September 12, 2025 – Scholarship/state aid applied to student accounts.
October 10, 2025 – Mid-term.
October 20, 2025 – Last day for eligible financial aid recipients to charge at the bookstore for the fall session.
October 23, 2025 – Federal aid and state MAP grant aid applied to student accounts.
October 31, 2025 – 60 percent point of the fall semester – Federal financial aid refund checks mailed to students and eRefunds are released.
December 12, 2025 – Fall session ends.
Spring 2026 SEMESTER

January 12, 2026 – Spring session begins.
January 23, 2026 – Last day to drop, no record/refund for the spring session.
