Schubert: Mass in G

The Highland Chamber Singers & Chamber Orchestra, led by director Randy Haldeman, are thrilled to present a special concert, “Schubert: Mass in G” featuring a rich tapestry of musical works from the Classical and Romantic periods, as well as contemporary compositions. The evening will highlight Schubert’s ethereal “Mass in G Major,” alongside mesmerizing pieces by Nancy Telfer, Fanny Mendelssohn-Hensel, Esther Scliar, and Susan Brumfield. This eclectic program promises to transport audiences through a journey of musical eras, showcasing the versatility and depth of the chamber singers and soloists, including soprano Britney Kieselhorst, baritone Joel Ross, and tenor Christopher Jackson, with Grace Cifonie on piano.
