Community Mentor Program
Career Services manages the Community Mentor Program, which connects HCC students with professionals across the Highland district.
- Open to all students and alumni
- Helps students explore career options, learn professional expectations, and grow as leaders
How It Works
- Engagement: Mentors are invited to participate in on-campus events throughout the academic year and may be contacted to meet with a student individually.
- Ongoing Connections: Students may also connect with mentors outside of class for additional guidance.
- Flexible Commitment: Mentor involvement can range from a few hours per semester to ongoing check-ins.
