Career Services Mentorship Program
Career Services is partnering with alumni, community members, and Highland staff to mentor Highland students.
As part of the First-Year Experience Seminar, students will be paired with a mentor. The First-Year Experience Seminar is a required course for incoming students designed to ensure a smooth transition into college. Students will reach out to their mentor with 10 questions to start a connection. Communication between students and mentors will be via phone or email.
To become a mentor, fill out the application found here. A Career Services team member will reach out with any questions and schedule an informational session this summer.
