How do I set up an appointment?
Call 815-599-3536, email careerservices@highland.edu, or stop by our office:
Location: Student Conference Center, Room 108 (1st floor of Building H)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Is there a fee for using Career Services?
For most services, there is no fee. For example, resume critiquing, employment counseling, and all employee recruitment services are free of charge. Some fees may apply to physical materials taken out of the center.
Do you serve alumni and community members?
Yes. Career Services is available to students, alumni, staff, faculty, and community members.
When is the annual Career Fair?
Career Services hosts a Career Fair each year in the Fall. Details are typically shared in early Summer throughout the beginning of the Fall.
