Eligibility Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled at Highland Community College
- Maintain enrollment requirements established by the College
- Federal Work-Study students must have an approved FAFSA and be awarded Federal Work-Study through Financial Aid
- Student Assistant positions are available to eligible students regardless of Federal Work-Study eligibility (based on department funding and position availability)
- Students may work up to the maximum hours established by Career Services and College policy
- Students must remain in good academic standing (if applicable)
- Additional employment requirements may apply depending on the position

- Submit your application
- Interview with the hiring department
- Complete employment paperwork
- Attend onboarding (if required)
- Begin working
