Initial username and password
Username: first initial, middle initial, and full last name (example: John L. Smith = jlsmith)
Password: six-digit birthday (MMDDYY)
After the initial login, you will be prompted to create a new password and set up security questions.

GroupWise – Highland Email
Faculty, staff, and students at Highland all have the same email format: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Highland encourages students to check their email regularly to communicate with faculty as well as important deadline and campus activities.
Moodle is where you will go to complete online coursework. During the semester, you will see a blue link with your course title. If you click the link, you will see the online class set up by your instructor (if the instructor utilizes Moodle). The class syllabus, assignments, and due dates will be posted on the class page.
Online Bill Pay
This is where you can pay online, set up payment plans, and view your financial aid and scholarship awards. You will use the same user ID and PIN as your ROAR account. For more on online bill pay, click here.
